Tiffani Botts Massey is a national board certified Physician Assistant in both Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She is a past President of the Florida Society of Dermatology PAs; and she lectures on both Dermatology and Aesthetics both locally and nationally, as she loves educating other providers and patients. She is not only Boostology's lead injector, but she is also the Founder of Boostology.
With over a decade of experience in dermatology and aesthetics, Tiffani's passion is the skin. She is one of few providers who started performing injectables during PA school as she held a coveted dermatology/aesthetics elective. Tiffani holds degrees from St. Petersburg College, University of South Florida, and South University in Tampa, FL. After graduation Tiffani went on to develop and run the entire aesthetics platform at her first PA job up in the suburbs of Chicago. She made it through one winter there and came back home to sunny St. Pete where she has worked in Dermatology and Aesthetics ever since. Her goal is to make sure every patient is well informed and understands everything about their treatments!
Sarah is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background rooted in nutrition, allergy, and aesthetics. She proudly earned her BSN from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em 🤘) and completed her APRN at the University of South Florida, where she is now pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Originally from Texas, Sarah brings her Southern charm, clinical expertise, and a love for all things skincare to Boostology Medspa—where she now serves as one of our injectors. Her approach to aesthetics is centered around education, empowerment, and natural-looking results that help patients feel confident in their own skin.
When she’s not seeing patients, you’ll find Sarah nose-deep in a good book, geeking out over Star Wars trivia, or soaking up the Florida sunshine. She’s passionate about women’s wellness and believes every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and beautifully cared for.
Tiffany Sims is a licensed aesthetician specializing in corrective skincare. She was born and raised in Florida and has lived in St. Petersburg for 23 years. She attended Cortiva Institute for the paramedical aesthetics program and has been in the industry for years. Her struggle with acneic skin led her to pursue her dream job in helping her patients achieve healthy, radiant skin. When she is not in the treatment room, she is reading, dancing and spending time in nature with her daughter.
You may remember Mariah from her time previously as Boostology's nurse. While she continues her work in the hospital as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse, she has returned to us, and is running the show as Boostology's office manager. With a bubbly personality and a true passion for helping others, Mariah loves creating a welcoming and upbeat environment for both clients and staff. Her background in healthcare, combined with her love for skincare and aesthetics, allows her to bring a unique blend of professionalism and warmth to the office.
Mariah thrives on staying organized, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so every patient has the best possible experience. Outside of work, Mariah enjoys spending time with her dog Bennett, discovering new coffee shops, strolling through local outdoor markets, paddle boarding, and relaxing at home with a good TV show.
Mariah is a Registered Nurse with over five years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery nursing and now serves as the Office Manager at Boostology! With a bubbly personality and a true passion for helping others, Mariah loves creating a welcoming and upbeat environment for both clients and staff. Her background in healthcare, combined with her love for skincare and aesthetics, allows her to bring a unique blend of professionalism and warmth to the office.

A proud Florida native, Serina graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. She is passionate about the field of medical aesthetics and aspires to further her education by attending Physician Assistant (PA) school, with the goal of building a long-term career in aesthetics and patient-centered care.
Serina is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new restaurants around town, always on the lookout for the latest local gems!
Morgan is our vibrant California girl, bringing her West Coast sunshine and energy to the team. Known for her fun and outgoing personality, she can strike up a conversation with anyone and make them feel right at home.
Currently working toward her undergraduate degree, Morgan has big plans to continue her education and become a Physician Assistant, with the goal of specializing in aesthetics. She’s always eager to learn new skills and experiences, finding ways to apply what she learns now to her future career in aesthetics. Her passion for this field shines through in everything she does, and she’s excited to keep growing along her journey.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and—true to her skincare passion—never forgets her SPF.
