Tiffani Botts Massey is a national board certified Physician Assistant in both Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She is a past President of the Florida Society of Dermatology PAs; and she lectures on both Dermatology and Aesthetics both locally and nationally, as she loves educating other providers and patients. She is not only Boostology's lead injector, but she is also the Founder of Boostology.
With over a decade of experience in dermatology and aesthetics, Tiffani's passion is the skin. She is one of few providers who started performing injectables during PA school as she held a coveted dermatology/aesthetics elective. Tiffani holds degrees from St. Petersburg College, University of South Florida, and South University in Tampa, FL. After graduation Tiffani went on to develop and run the entire aesthetics platform at her first PA job up in the suburbs of Chicago. She made it through one winter there and came back home to sunny St. Pete where she has worked in Dermatology and Aesthetics ever since. Her goal is to make sure every patient is well informed and understands everything about their treatments!
Sarah is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background rooted in nutrition, allergy, and aesthetics. She proudly earned her BSN from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em 🤘) and completed her APRN at the University of South Florida, where she is now pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Originally from Texas, Sarah brings her Southern charm, clinical expertise, and a love for all things skincare to Boostology Medspa—where she now serves as one of our injectors. Her approach to aesthetics is centered around education, empowerment, and natural-looking results that help patients feel confident in their own skin.
When she’s not seeing patients, you’ll find Sarah nose-deep in a good book, geeking out over Star Wars trivia, or soaking up the Florida sunshine. She’s passionate about women’s wellness and believes every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and beautifully cared for.
Tiffany Sims is a licensed aesthetician specializing in corrective skincare. She was born and raised in Florida and has lived in St. Petersburg for 23 years. She attended Cortiva Institute for the paramedical aesthetics program and has been in the industry for years. Her struggle with acneic skin led her to pursue her dream job in helping her patients achieve healthy, radiant skin. When she is not in the treatment room, she is reading, dancing and spending time in nature with her daughter.
Jackie is one of the first faces you’ll see when you walk into Boostology Medspa, and if you’re in the mood to chat, you’re in the perfect place. A true social butterfly, she loves connecting with patients and has a way of making every visit feel warm, easy, and genuinely fun.
Originally born in Germany and having traveled all over, Jackie grew up with a love for the outdoors and still jumps at any chance to be near the mountains. Her passion for health and healing, especially holistic and Eastern medicine, led her to spend a year living on a farm outside of Boulder, Colorado, where she studied Clinical Herbalism. Somewhere along the way, she also decided, very on brand, to become a licensed massage therapist.
After exploring a few different paths, Jackie is now excited to be starting nursing school soon and continuing her journey in the medical field.
When she’s not at the spa, you can find her staying active, planning her next adventure, or cooking at home with her partner, usually with her two dogs right by her side.
Yanet (pronounced Jeanette) is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with more than 6 years of experience in the medical field, combining a strong foundation in clinical care with a passion for aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida National University and has experience practicing in both family medicine and aesthetics, allowing her to bring together evidence-based healthcare with the art of enhancing natural beauty.
Her current focus includes advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox), and PRP with microneedling. Yanet specializes in creating customized treatment plans designed to achieve natural, balanced results that complement each patient’s unique features.
Her philosophy is simple: refresh, not change. Yanet believes in a subtle, refined approach that helps each patient look refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident while still looking like themselves. Because when it comes to aesthetics, less is more.
Ariana is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. She loves getting to know each patient and believes that kindness, compassion, and attention to detail can make a big difference in someone’s experience. Whether she’s assisting providers or helping patients throughout their appointments, Ariana always strives to make everyone feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Originally from Connecticut, Ariana moved to Colorado, where she finished high school before eventually making Jacksonville, Florida, her home. She earned her Associate’s degree in Jacksonville and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of South Florida. She plans to begin nursing school next year and hopes to eventually become a Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She is excited to continue growing her knowledge and experience as she works toward her future career in healthcare.
Ariana has always had a passion for medical aesthetics and loves learning more about the industry. She enjoys helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin and is excited to continue developing her skills while being part of their aesthetic journey.
Outside of the med spa, Ariana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and making the most of her time in Florida. She is excited for what’s ahead and looks forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally as she works toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Taylor is passionate about aesthetics and loves helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She is currently studying psychology, which has deepened her passion for connecting with people and making others feel their best.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her French Bulldogs, getting outdoors, and of course, shopping! She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to getting to know each patient and helping create a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.
